The location

Stodůlky lies in the west of Prague with excellent transport access and fully fledged civic amenities. The major artery, Jeremiášova Street, which subsequently joins Plzeňská Avenue, runs along the eastern side of the properties. There are several bus stops and three metro stations on Line B (Luka, Stodůlky and Zličín) in the immediate vicinity, while the journey to Smíchov Station by train from the nearby Prague – Řeporyje stop only takes 11 minutes. In the near future, the construction of several low-rise residential homes, which will separate the aforementioned road from the residential area, will commence.

The newly developed area includes the site of a future primary school, including sports facilities for the public. The surrounding countryside is full of greenery. The Řepora medieval outdoor museum and a bio-centre with protected plants and animals are within walking distance. The Central Park or the Prokop and Dalejské Valleys nature reserves are also worth mentioning. Billa and Makro supermarkets offer basic shopping. The nearby OC Zličín shopping centre has a variety of shops and restaurants and also offers sports facilities. There is easy bicycle access to the cycle trail networks of the capital city and the Central Bohemian Region.
